About Aries-Light
Aries-Light was developed to support the diabetic in the
control of the disease. While the emphasis is on diabetic
control, the essence of the site enhances the lifestyles
of many others who choose to reduce sugar and
carbohydrate intake, while performing moderate
exercise, in the pursuit of healthy living.
As a diabetic, I am well aware that "control" of the
disease is found in medication, eating habits and exercise.
Most diabetics are aware of this. How do we get there?
Diet maintenance alone is a challenge. Many do not enjoy
exercise. How we fit the rigors of any regime into our
daily living, is what Aries-Light is all about.
I was diagnosed a diabetic 20 years ago. My lifestyle
has not been easy. I have taken the victories and defeats
of living as a diabetic and incorporated them into suggestions
concerning diet and exercise.

is all about choices. We include recipes, suggested desserts,
homeopathic aids to care for diminished eyesight and
products to address the special need for foot care.

abstinence of sugar and carbohydrates does not work
and can be dangerous. The desired goal is to implement
